每期两位嘉宾（何广智、徐志胜）作为实习生到新公司就职，他们是搭档也是竞争对手。拜师“超级个体”，展现“个体”们的专业技能、有趣个性、工作故事等。每期在两人中产生一位打工王，胜出者可赢得当日实习工资。。『女高网球部』是由ルーツ原作、Piyo作画的日本漫画作品。是从EARTH STAR Entertainment发行的月刊漫画杂志『Comic Earth Star』的第12号（2012年3月12号）开始连载，是一部讲述四名网球部女高中生滑稽搞笑日常的故事。标题的「てーきゅう」是根据网球的日本汉字「庭球」而来。第八季于2016年10月开播。。Piper moves to New York for a fresh start, there she meets Austin an aspiring writer.
