“医龙”再次归来！完成了日本第一例Batista手术收入后，由朝田龙太郎（坂口宪二 饰）率领的小队就被解散了。朝田回到了难民营，继续他的国际救援。之前任职的明真大学，格局也有所变化。前小组成员伊集院登（小池彻平 饰）、里原美纪（水川麻美 饰）等虽然还留守医院，但都因医院的情况精神不佳。 这时，一封不知来历的邮件发到了前小组成员的手上。邮件的内容是希望重组医龙小队。这个信息让小组的成员都感到既兴奋又忐忑。这时一位患者被送到医院，由龙太郎适时挽救了生命。借此机会，医龙小队又再次组建，一切都朝着好的方向发展着。但朝田似乎隐隐感觉着背后有人在操纵着这些事……。The Karate Dog is a 2004 made for TV movie starring Chevy Chase, Simon Rex, Jon Voight, and Jaime Pressly.
