《男人之苦》第10集，寅次郎（渥美清飾）鳥倦歸巢，返回柴又老家，卻發現家裡來了個不速之客──大學教授岡倉（米倉齊加年飾）。寅正怒著離家之際，童年知己千代（八千草薰飾）竟突然到訪。兩人由兒時趣事談起，感情突飛猛進，但原來同時間，岡倉教授亦對千代暗生情愫。初次面臨三角戀危機的寅，究竟如何進退？今集還有巨星田中絹代客串演出。 The tenth instalment in the Tora-san series. Tora-san comes back to his old home in Shibamata. His university professor Mr Okakura (Masakane Yonekura) suddenly arrives at his home which makes Tora-san so angry that he plans to leave home. However, his old friend Chiyo (Kaoru Yachigusa) comes to visit him. The two of them begins to reminisce about old times, and has developed a kind of bonding between them. At the same time, Mr Okakura has become attracted to Chiyo, which makes this the first ever love triangle for Tora-san. Superstar Kinuyo Tanaka has a special appearance in this film.。“葵花”原本是个开朗、活泼的小姑娘，突如其来的变故，使她双目失明。在她绝望之际，她的父母不离不弃、陪伴左右，她的教练、村干部、残联干部纷纷伸出援手。为了葵花练跑步，村民不惜砍掉成片向日葵，修建简易跑道。亲人的鼓励和社会各界的关心支持使小“葵花”重燃生活的信心，苦练跑步，最终在残疾人体育运动会上夺得冠军。。
