雷蒙是个独来独往的高速公路夜间巡逻员，白天在社区大学选修课程。但他的生活封闭，不愿意与外界交流，这样的他吸引了热情主动的女图书馆员费欧娜的注意。有一天，一只能言善道的鹦鹉飞进了雷蒙的拖车。鹦鹉说的话引起了雷蒙的好奇，于是展开了寻找鹦鹉主人之路。费欧娜趁机带着爱犬加入这项任务。他们发现鹦鹉的主人竟然有好几任，他们不断向前延伸寻找，鹦鹉的故事远超过他们的想象。费欧娜也逐渐发现雷蒙不欲人知的悲惨过往，她是否能照亮雷蒙心中的阴郁？但此时一场意外发生，让费欧娜突然失去了与雷曼继续的勇气.....。The goal with CLOWNADO is to make a damned good, scary and splatter-filled, nonstop roller coaster ride of a Horror movie.
