青濑稔（西岛秀俊饰）是一名建筑师，曾经和妻子由香里（宫泽理惠饰）过着非常幸福的生活。泡沫经济的破灭给这个家庭带来了巨大的打击，最终，由香里离开了青濑，而青濑也放弃了曾经的梦想，一头扎进了宛如流水线作业一般的设计工作之中，以用来忘却失去的痛苦。 一天，一个名为吉野陶太 （伊藤淳史饰）的男人找到了青濑，拜托他设计一座宅子，条件非常简单，吉野希望青濑能够设计出一间他自己想要居住的屋宅。这个特殊的委托重新唤回了青濑对于建筑的热情，他对此倾注了全部的心血，并且最终出色的完成了任务。但之后，青濑发现，吉野并没有搬进自己苦心设计的宅子里居住。。CYST is an old school monster movie in which an enthusiastic plastic surgeon will stop at nothing to patent his latest cyst-removal machine.
