影片讲述了在一个没有被历史所记载的朝代，因为它很短，而在这短短的十余年中，相传勾陈大帝留在凡间用来镇妖封煞的镇妖石被天火所毁，百妖肆出，从此举国上下都在忙活着研究同一件事儿，如何降妖。影片不仅呈现出了中国传统文化的艺术魅力和现实主义，还通过人和妖两族的争斗，暗喻了人和大自然之间的关系。。传说每隔百年或者千年，神会降临一次人世，这次降临的神是一位女神，她化身为了黑猫，并带着能满足人的许愿的宝石杯，在古时候一位女子抚养了女神所化身的猫，于是女神回归天堂之前给她留下了猫眼石所以猫眼石被抢夺的时候，女神就会愤怒。"A Walk to Beautiful" tells the story of five women in Ethiopia suffering from devastating childbirth injuries. Rejected by their husbands and ostracized by their communities, these women are left to spend the rest of their lives in loneliness and shame. We follow each of these women on their journey to a special hospital in Addis Ababa where they find solace for the first time...。
