2017年，某座小城市预定要上演一出话剧。而这出剧名为《Morning》非比寻常，它由享誉全球的英国著名剧作家Simon Stephens亲自执笔创作，此次更是首度登陆日本。为此，主创紧锣密鼓准备。从最初的试镜选拔开始，未有任何经验的少男少女便踌躇满志朝向荣光的舞台。可就在排演过程中，意外发生了……。为了挣钱还债，Mote（Off饰）在姨妈家的小旅馆上夜班。在那里，他认识了性工作者Kat（Janhae饰），Kat与她的雇主Sun（Mond饰）发生暴力争吵。同样为金钱烦恼的两人一拍即合连同程序员Doy（Louis饰）开发了一款名为“Takkrub”的灰色应用程序。正当他们为此寻找投资时，却陷入了一起危险的谋杀案。。China O’brien| big city police woman| martial arts trainer, is forced to hand in her badge and head home to her father and the small town where she grew up.
