该剧讲述了一群青年男女，为了成为行业内顶尖的安全顾问，来到孤岛进行训练考核，攀爬、射箭、格斗、飞刀，各有所长的学员们在训练中却频现意外，一时间岛上众人被笼罩在阴影之中。受邀来为学员做心理辅导的叶大伟则开始从心理学专业出发，顺藤摸瓜寻找真相，过程中，学员伤亡事件仍不断发生，调查看似毫无头绪，却一步一步将凶手引入了一场精心策划的局中局。。故事以北里大学十和田校区实际存在过的动物保护团体“犬部”为蓝本，讲述了团体创立者花井飒太从学生时代到成为现役兽医后面对动物保护问题的种种经历。。7-year-old Bertil's parents are at work and Bertil are home alone and bored.
