自从蒂姆在苏格兰体验了人生奇遇之后很多事情便接踵而来，他找到了亲生父亲，并且重建了他的家庭。在蒂姆的妈妈死于一场悲惨的交通事故的一年半后，他和他的父亲埃里克正计划着在夏天到来的前夕去婆罗洲旅行。。为了救神谷薰（武井咲 饰），绯村剑心（佐藤健 饰）纵身跃入大海，昏迷中他飘到某座小岛，最终为传授了他飞天御剑流的师父比古清十郎（福山雅治 饰）所救。深感到自身与志志雄真实（藤原龙也 饰）的巨大差距，为了拯救全日本，剑心恳请师傅传授他飞天御剑流的最高奥义。与此同时，志志雄剑指东京，迈出武力夺国的下一步。他强迫伊藤博文（小泽征悦 饰）对刽子手拔刀斋发布全国通缉令，得知消息的薰、左之助（青木崇高 饰）则匆匆向东京赶去。再度上路的剑心率先遭到御庭番众的首领四乃森苍紫（伊势谷友介 饰）的阻击，他一路披荆斩棘，将迎来与宿命的对手志志雄最终的对决…… 本片根据和月伸宏的同名经典漫画改编。。A brother and sister move into an old seaside house they find abandoned for many years on the English coast.
